Employees Poaching The job market is extremely difficult to break into. Employers are having a harder time than ever recruiting and attracting the best possible talent in their organization. Companies are increasingly on the lookout for people with specialized abilities that are unique to their business. Job seekers with such specialized abilities are now few and far between. Furthermore, they are difficult to identify, making the hiring process lengthy and inconvenient. On the other hand employees must have complete freedom to pick their own career and increase their pay, firms are interested in poaching in order to reduce training costs and shorten the learning curve.
