ReplyDeleteGood article. My believe is though this concept becoming extremely popular, still in Sri Lankan context we don't have a proper monitoring or evaluation system for Telecommuting or work from home. Evaluation process should be developed.
ReplyDeleteyour comment is highly appreciated.
DeleteEven though we agreed or disagreed, had no options rather than start performing work from home and this is really win win situation for the both employees and employers. Also it will helpful to cut down most waste in many ways such as transportation, waiting, motion, water & electricity, building maintenance and rental, sanitary, etc... but the negative part of work from home is that the every employer cannot engage with this and mainly office related employees can engage and most of manufacturing / services related direct employees got no opportunity to engage with work from home concepts.
