Human resource outsourcing is a
procedure in which an employer delegated responsibility and risk for HR
services to an external provider who executes these functions on the company's
behalf. Because HR
functions can be difficult and time-consuming, many businesses choose to
outsource all or part of their HR functions, such as payroll
· Recruiting.
· Training and development.
· Payroll administration.
· Software development.
· Transportation.
The present literature only implies
that the quality of partnerships and the impact of service quality on the
success of HR outsourcing are two areas that have been overlooked in HR. The
market for outsourced service providers is quickly expanding, and HR
outsourcing has grown from a single service provider to several service
providers that can be easily contracted to meet the various demands of
enterprises (Lilly, Gray, & Virick, 2005;
Reichel & Lazarova, 2013 cited in Halim, et al., 2014)

HR Outsourcing Advantages
As a business owner, you must be
well-educated about all of the different partnerships that you can build and
that may have a positive impact on your company in order to make informed
decisions about your operations. Therefore it is pivotal to aware all that's involved in this process, and
you'll be able to start refining your processes and getting amazing results
from your employees.
· It allows organization permanent employee’s
to concentrate on the company's most essential long-term goals
· Increased efficiency.
· Minimize expenditure on salaries.
· It is less expensive to recruit
expert personnel to meet your specific needs.
· It gives you access to a large pool
of talent, allowing you to find the ideal fit for your talents and
certifications.
· your internal staff will no longer
have to worry about HR outsourcing because agency assure the compliance of, Labor
law, Union and industry law etc.
Disadvantages
· Lack of control. That raises the
understandable fear that you won't be able to keep your finger on the pulse and
won't be able to make the best decisions for your staff.
· Organization culture difference, when
an outsider is in charge of handling workplace issues and setting the tone, it
can be tough for employees to accept.
· Insecurity of data. In HR, privacy
and secrecy are crucial. If you're used to keeping all of your sensitive
corporate or employee information in-house, you might be concerned about
entrusting that information to a third party
Conclusion
In the literature, employees'
perspectives on outsourcing and attitudes toward organizations are explored,
with a focus on empowering fundamental competencies that improve organizational
success. It is having both benefit and drawbacks, according to the nature of business,organization
must make the decision what are the section possible to outsourcing. That won’t
be a threat to organization stability and success I future.

But sometimes this leads to a sense of distance between the employees and the company. When the human resources department is not instantly accessible, employees experience delays in communication, leading the employees to feel frustrated and unimportant to the company.
